Made2Homeschool, LLC ("M2H," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") is a Christ-centered homeschool community platform that equips and encourages homeschooling families. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website (www.made2homeschool.com), our mobile applications for iOS and Android (the "Apps"), and any related services, features, or content we offer (collectively, the "Platform"). This includes our online community, courses such as the Homeschool S.T.A.R.T. course, virtual events including the annual BRAVE Conference, and any other services provided through the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Age Requirements
The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Our community content is designed for homeschooling parents and guardians, not for children.
If you believe a child under 18 has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete that information.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account, purchase a membership, register for events, or interact with the Platform, you may provide:
- Account information such as your name, email address, and password.
- Profile information including your location, family details, and homeschool preferences that you choose to share.
- Payment and billing information processed through our third-party payment processors (we do not store full credit card numbers).
- Communications you send to us, including support requests, community posts, and feedback.
- Event registration details for conferences and workshops, including the annual BRAVE Conference.
- Course enrollment and progress data.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Platform, including our mobile Apps, we may automatically collect:
- Device information such as your device type, operating system and version, device model, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage data including pages visited, features used, time spent on the Platform, and interaction patterns.
- Log data such as your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and access timestamps.
- Push notification tokens if you opt in to receive push notifications through our Apps.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 8.
3.3 Information from Third-Party Platforms
Our Platform is built on Kajabi and integrates with third-party tools. These services may provide us with information in accordance with their own privacy policies, including authentication data and usage analytics.

- To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and our services, including community features, courses, and events.
- To process transactions, manage memberships, and fulfill orders.

- To deliver push notifications if you have opted in through our Apps.

- In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you would be notified of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

We may disclose aggregated, non-identifying information about our users for business or marketing purposes. This information cannot be used to identify you personally.
5.1 Event-Specific Sharing
Certain Made2Homeschool events, such as the BRAVE Conference, may have separate terms and conditions that govern information sharing with event sponsors or partners. Any such sharing is disclosed in the applicable event terms at the time of registration and is limited to the context of that event. This event-specific sharing is not governed by this Privacy Policy but by the event's own terms and conditions.
6. Third-Party Advertising
Certain pages on our Platform may display advertisements from third-party partners. These advertisers may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with their ads. We do not control these third-party tracking technologies, and their use is governed by the privacy policies of the respective advertisers. We do not provide your personal information to advertisers.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
Certain data such as transaction records and communications related to purchases may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements.

You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. Opting out of push notifications will not affect your ability to use the Apps.
10. Your Rights and Choices
10.1 Account Information
You may update or correct your account information at any time by logging into your account settings on the Platform.
10.2 Account and Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data. To request deletion, you may email us at [email protected] or use the account deletion option within the Apps (under Settings). Upon receiving your request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, subject to the retention exceptions described in Section 7. We will confirm the completion of your deletion request via email.
10.3 Marketing Communications
You may opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting us directly. Please note that even after opting out, you may still receive transactional or service-related communications necessary for the operation of your account.
10.4 Push Notifications
You may disable push notifications at any time through your device's settings menu.
11. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS), secure password storage, and access controls limiting who can view personal data.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by Made2Homeschool, including but not limited to social media platforms, video hosting services, and live workshop tools (such as Whereby). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with your information.
13. International Data Transfers
Made2Homeschool is based in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.
14. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Civil Code Section 1798.83 provide you with specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (note: we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
