Our Values & Faith
Discover the foundation that guides our community and shapes our mission to support Christian homeschool families.
Our Core Values
These three pillars guide everything we do at Made2Homeschool, shaping our community and the resources we provide.
Faith
We're Christians first. At Made2Homeschool, our faith in God is the foundation of everything we do. While we welcome people from all backgrounds in the Made2Homeschool community, and no one should ever be made to feel like they don't belong, we want to be up front about our Christian values. The team that leads our community are committed followers of Jesus, and all of them hold to our statement of faith.
The bottom line is that we believe Jesus is Lord, that He died for our sins and rose again, and offers forgiveness and eternal life to those who repent and believe in Him.
We believe that integrating these beliefs into the homeschooling journey is essential for nurturing our children's spiritual growth. Our contributors strive to provide resources and guidance that reflect our shared values, helping you create an educational experience that weaves faith into every aspect of your children's lives.
Our hope is that, together, we'll support each other in raising godly leaders who will impact the world for Christ.
Family
This is our second allegiance. Family is the beating heart of Made2Homeschool, and we cherish the traditional values that bring us closer together.
We believe that the family — father, mother, and children aligning their lives with God's will — is core to His plan for us all. We know that this isn't possible for everyone everywhere. Some of us grew up in homes that didn't look like that, and we would love and welcome those who are experiencing family brokenness to be part of our community anyway. That doesn't change that it's God's best for us, and that we should do all that we can to support the thriving of the family according to God's plan.
We understand that homeschooling is a deeply personal and family-focused adventure. Our community emphasizes nurturing strong relationships among family members and offering resources tailored to each family's unique needs.
We believe that by prioritizing family and upholding our shared values, we can leave a lasting impact on our children and the world, all while experiencing the joy and warmth of learning together.
Freedom
At Made2Homeschool, we celebrate the freedom that homeschooling brings – the liberty to craft a one-of-a-kind educational experience tailored to your children's needs, interests, and abilities. We embrace the diverse backgrounds, teaching styles, and learning preferences of our community members by providing a rich variety of resources and support.
We do this because we believe the uniqueness with which God created each of our children can reach its fullest potential when we have the freedom to educate with equally unique approaches.
We have members all over the world, and we're thankful for that. At the core, though, we believe in the freedom to homeschool your children. As an American company founded by people who believe in the principles laid out by our founding fathers — including rights which they themselves said were derived from God and not from man — we support the protection of those God-given rights and wish they could be enjoyed by all people.
We believe that everyone should have that freedom. As such, we support families everywhere in their advocacy of policies that remove administrative and bureaucratic hurdles from homeschooling families.

Statement of Faith
While all families are welcome to join Made2Homeschool, our leadership team and contributors all affirm our statement of faith as follows:
The Trinity
God is and has always been. He exists as three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
The Father
We believe in one all-powerful, all-knowing, and ever-present God, the Father. He is holy, compassionate, faithful, and desires a personal relationship with us. He created humanity in His image and sent His Son to redeem us and renew all things.
The Son
We believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who has existed with the Father and the Holy Spirit since eternity past. He was born of a virgin, fully God & fully man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again. He is now at the right hand of the Father as our High Priest and Advocate.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit, sent by Jesus after He rose from the dead, to empower the Church and give spiritual gifts. He indwells and empowers believers to live a godly life, guides us into truth, comforts us, and convicts us of sin.
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God, without error in the original writings. It reveals His will for salvation and is the ultimate authority for human knowledge and endeavor.
Salvation
We believe salvation is a free gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe in the resurrection of the dead and eternal life.
The Church
We believe the church is the body of Christ, comprised of all who have been justified by God's grace through faith in Christ alone. We are called to serve and love one another.
Christian Life
We believe God's will is for us to become more like Jesus. The Christian life is an ongoing process of repenting from sin, submitting to and obeying God's Word and Spirit and loving God and His children. All of these work together to develop Christ's character within us.
Second Coming
We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ and the ultimate triumph of God's kingdom. His return demands constant expectancy, motivating believers to godly living, sacrificial service, and energetic mission.
Spiritual Gifts
We believe in the spiritual gifts that the Holy Spirit has given to the church to build and sanctify it, and to confirm the power of the Gospel. These gifts always operate in harmony with the Scriptures and should never be used in violation of Biblical guidelines.
Eternity
We believe that all people will experience eternity after the final judgment. We believe Heaven, in the presence of the Lord and Hell, an eternity of conscious suffering, are real places and are the only two options for our eternal destination. Only through justification by grace through faith in Jesus can our destination be eternity in the presence of the Lord.
Marriage
We believe marriage is God-ordained. "The creator made them male and female, and said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh'" (Matthew 19:4-5). Marriage is to be an exclusive relationship, a lifelong faithful union between a man and a woman. This relationship between a husband and wife should parallel the relationship between Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:23-30).
