TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

Welcome to Made2Homeschool! By subscribing to our membership services, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service ("Terms"), which constitute a binding agreement between you and Our Family B, LLC DBA Made2Homeschool ("Made2Homeschool", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing to our services.

1. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

   To access our membership services, you must first purchase a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any applicable taxes. You must provide accurate and complete payment information and keep your payment information current. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

2. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

   At Made2Homeschool, we are committed to providing a supportive community experience and valuable resources for homeschooling parents. As a subscriber to our M2H Premium Monthly membership, we want to ensure you understand our refund and cancellation policy.

   Refund Policy:

   Please note that Made2Homeschool does not provide refunds for any payments made towards any of our membership plans. For the M2H Premium Monthly or Annual membership, we encourage you to take full advantage of the 7-day trial period to determine if our service meets your needs and expectations. The 7-day trial is not available for Basic plan subscribers.

   Cancellation Policy:

   You may cancel your Made2Homeschool membership at any time, regardless of the plan you have chosen. To avoid being charged for the upcoming annual or monthly payment, please ensure you cancel your membership before the next scheduled payment date. Once you've canceled your membership, the upcoming payment will not be processed, and you will not be charged. You will retain access until the current month (or year if annual) has expired.

3. CONTENT AND LICENSE

   Our membership services include access to digital content, including videos, articles, and other materials ("Content"). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any Content, or create derivative works based on the Content.

4. DISCLAIMERS

   Our membership services and Content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our membership services will meet your requirements, or that the Content will be accurate, complete, or error-free. We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of our membership services or Content.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our membership services or Content, (ii) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, (iii) any Content or conduct of any third party on our membership services, or (iv) any other matter relating to our membership services or Content.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Made2Homeschool and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of our membership services or Content, or your breach of these Terms.

7. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

   All Content and materials included in our membership services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and video clips, are the property of Made2Homeschool or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Content or materials without our prior written consent.

   7. PRIVACY POLICY

   Your use of our membership services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our membership services, you agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

   8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

   These Terms and your use of our membership services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to its conflicts of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our membership services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
