TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

Welcome to Made2Homeschool! By subscribing to or accessing our membership services, including free memberships, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service ("Terms"), which constitute a binding agreement between you and Our Family B, LLC DBA Made2Homeschool ("Made2Homeschool", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

To access our membership services, you may either access a free membership or purchase a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it current. If you are purchasing a subscription, you also agree to pay the applicable fees and any required taxes. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

2. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Policy:
Made2Homeschool does not provide refunds for any payments made toward any of our membership plans.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your Made2Homeschool membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your membership before your upcoming scheduled payment. Once canceled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period (month or year, depending on your plan).

3. CONTENT AND LICENSE

Our membership services include access to digital content such as videos, articles, and other materials ("Content"). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, transfer, or create derivative works based on any Content without our prior written consent.

4. DISCLAIMERS

Our services and Content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements or that the Content will be accurate, complete, or error-free. We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of our services or Content.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made2Homeschool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services or Content.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Made2Homeschool and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, membership, or access to our services at any time, with or without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, disruptive behavior, or any other reason we determine appropriate. You agree that Made2Homeschool shall not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension, restriction, or termination of your access to our services.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Content and materials provided through Made2Homeschool, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and video clips, are the property of Made2Homeschool or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using Made2Homeschool, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
