Addendum to the Made2Homeschool Affiliate Agreement

This Addendum to Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Made2Homeschool ("Company", "we", "us" or "M2H") and the contributor ("Contributor" or "you") and is an addendum to the Affiliate Agreement previously entered into by the parties.

1 Values & Beliefs

1.1 As a faith-based organization, we require all contributors to share our values and beliefs, and to submit content, and conduct themselves, in a way that aligns with our Statement of Faith. Available Here.

1.2 By agreeing to become a contributor, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our values and beliefs, and to submit content, and conduct yourselves, in a manner that is in line with our Statement of Faith. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and remove any contributor whose beliefs or actions contradict our values and beliefs.

2 Contributor Tiers

2.1 Contributors may select one of the following contribution levels:

Monthly Contributor: Provides one piece of exclusive content per month.

Quarterly Contributor: Provides one piece of exclusive content per quarter (every three months).

2.2 Content submissions may include:

A blog post of 700 or more words
A video resource of 3-15 minutes
A printable homeschool resource with instructions for use
A live workshop of approximately one hour, including a 15-25 minute presentation followed by Q&A
Other submissions may be acceptable pending written agreement from Made2Homeschool or its assignees

2.3 Contributors may request to change their contribution tier (from monthly to quarterly or vice versa) no more than once per six-month period, subject to approval by Made2Homeschool.

3 Community Engagement Requirements

Monthly Contributors: Agree to engage in the Made2Homeschool community at least once per week.

Quarterly Contributors: Agree to engage in the Made2Homeschool community at least twice per month.

3.1 Engagement is defined as posting in a community circle or commenting on other members' posts.

4 Promotion Requirements

4.1 All Contributors agree to promote Made2Homeschool at least twice per month on their primary platform (the platform where they have the highest engagement).

4.2 At least one of these monthly promotions must be a permanent post or video, as opposed to a temporary story or similar ephemeral content.

5 Exclusive Content

5.1 The Contributor agrees that any new content created for Made2Homeschool will be exclusive to Made2Homeschool.com and will not be republished in the same format on any other platform. However, the Contributor may repackage the underlying ideas or information into new content for use elsewhere without restriction.

5.2 Contributors may submit existing content they have previously created, provided that: (a) it is their original work, and (b) the content is only available as a paid product elsewhere and is not freely accessible on any platform.

6 Rights of Use

6.1 The Contributor grants Made2Homeschool a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, license, and create derivative works from their contributions in any format or medium, with the proviso that the Contributor will be credited for their contribution.

6.2 Live workshops will be recorded by Made2Homeschool and made available on-demand in the M2H workshop archive for continued access by members.

7 Use of Contributor's Likeness & Information

7.1 Made2Homeschool shall have the right to use Contributor's name, image, social media and channel names for promotional purposes related to the Made2Homeschool platform, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, and publicity.

7.2 Contributor acknowledges and agrees that such use by Made2Homeschool shall not constitute an endorsement, approval or sponsorship of any product, service, or entity, and that M2H has no obligation to make any use of Contributor's name, image, or social media and channel names.

8 Contributor Recognition and Commission

8.1 The Contributor will be featured on the Made2Homeschool Values page in the "Team" section, including a link to their YouTube channel, primary social media profile, or website of their choice.

8.2 As an addendum to the affiliate agreement, Contributors will be eligible for commission rates based on their contribution tier:

Monthly Contributors 30% commission

Quarterly Contributors 20% commission

8.3 Other revenue generating opportunities may be available to Contributors on an as-needed and invitation-only basis.

8.4 For so long as this addendum remains in effect, the contributor will not be subject to the minimum referred users to maintain free community access as laid out in the affiliate agreement.

9 Content Submission Deadlines

9.1 Monthly Contributors agree to submit content by the last day of the month preceding the publication month (i.e., content for May should be submitted by March 31st) to allow sufficient time for review and any necessary edits.

9.2 Quarterly Contributors agree to submit content by the first day of the month preceding the quarter in which the content will be published. Quarterly deadlines are as follows:

Q1 publication (Jan-Mar): Due by December 1st
Q2 publication (Apr-Jun): Due by March 1st
Q3 publication (Jul-Sep): Due by June 1st
Q4 publication (Oct-Dec): Due by September 1st

10 Platform Access

10.1 In addition to the basic community membership offered as per the terms of the Affiliate Agreement, contributors to M2H will receive access to the premium community including access to live workshops.

11 Meeting Contribution Requirements

We understand that life happens, and we want to work together to ensure a successful partnership. If a Contributor is unable to meet their content, engagement, or promotion requirements, we encourage open communication with the M2H team.

11.1 If a Contributor consistently falls short of requirements - for two consecutive months (Monthly Contributors) or one full quarter (Quarterly Contributors) - Made2Homeschool may, at its discretion, discuss adjustments to the contributor tier, commission rate, or continuation of this addendum.

12 Termination

12.1 This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time via notification in writing by email.

13 Survival of Original Agreement Provisions

13.1 Any provisions of the original Affiliate Agreement not expressly modified by this Addendum shall remain in full force and effect, and shall be governed by the terms of the original agreement.
