BRAVE Conference Sponsor Agreement Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsorship Agreement By becoming a sponsor for the BRAVE 2024 Homeschool Conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Made2Homeschool.

2. Content Rights and Usage By agreeing to sponsor the BRAVE Conference, you grant Made2Homeschool the right to use promotional materials you supply (including ads, videos, and digital content) in any format. We reserve the right to edit, reproduce, publish, and distribute this content as part of our educational and promotional activities associated with the BRAVE conference

3. Promotional Use You grant Made2Homeschool the right to use your company name, logo, and promotional materials before, during, and after the event in connection with the promotion of the BRAVE Conference. This includes use in press releases, posters, advertisements, social media, and other marketing materials.

4. Waiver of Liability Participation as a sponsor at the BRAVE Conference is voluntary and at your own risk. Made2Homeschool is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property associated with your participation in the conference.

5. Intellectual Property You affirm that your promotional materials are your original work and do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for copyrighted material included in your promotional content.

6. Conduct and Compliance You agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner consistent with the values of the Made2Homeschool community and adhere to all conference guidelines, respecting the rights and dignity of all participants.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy If you are unable to participate in the conference after confirming your sponsorship, you agree to notify the organizers at the earliest opportunity. Made2Homeschool reserves the right to modify the conference schedule or sponsor lineup at any time without prior notice. Refunds will not be offered for BRAVE conference sponsorships.

8. Promotional Requirements As a sponsor, you are encouraged to actively promote your involvement and the event. This includes:

• Sending an email announcement to your mailing list.
• Posting on your social media channels about your sponsorship.
• Providing Made2Homeschool with promotional materials by specified deadlines.

9. Technical Requirements Sponsors are responsible for meeting the specified technical requirements for their promotional materials, including video quality and file format, to ensure a seamless presentation experience for all attendees. Videos should be at least 1080p resolution .mp4 or .mov files with a bitrate of no less than 8Mbps.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions Made2Homeschool reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions as necessary for the successful operation of the BRAVE Conference. Any changes will be communicated to sponsors via email or the conference website. Continued participation following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

11. Payment Terms Sponsorship fees are due in full upon acceptance of this agreement unless otherwise specified. 

12. Confidentiality Sponsors agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information provided by Made2Homeschool during the course of the sponsorship.

13. Termination Made2Homeschool reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the sponsor fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined above. In the event of termination, no refund of sponsorship fees will be provided.

14. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  Alachua County, Florida.
